Well Jack celebrated his first Halloween three days in a row. On Thursday his PEPS group met at our house and everyone wore a costume, please excuse my friend's hand from the picture, we were all scrambling to get shots before total melt down. As you can see, Jack didn't love being part of this, neither did his friend Charlie, the pea pod on the end.
The next day, actual Halloween we got some better shots in the costume. We were sad not to have one single trick or treater despite decorating our house and supplying ourselves with plenty of candy. We did however have both sets of grandparents here for the night and we had a really fun night filled with a lot of laughter, so I'd call it a success anyway.
On Saturday we went to a friend's son's first birthday party. Jack got to hang with a fish and shark, very cool.

the kid in the pea pod costume, wailing, make me completely crack up...i mean, it's not funny..but..he/she looks like their screaming 'why????'
that costume is HILARIOUS! i love the giant hippo head on top of his head. he looks so big! i can't wait to snuggle up with him soon...

Those are so cute! Love the hippo costume. It's funny, I have an equally angry photo of Morgan in her Halloween costume. Maybe next year they will be more excited. :)
